As we enter an exciting phase of rapid expansion, we’re searching for a visionary Head of Growth to spearhead our efforts to scale and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
The Role
As the Head of Growth, you will develop and execute strategies that increase revenue, customer acquisition, and growth opportunities. Your goal is to grow sales quickly and establish FuelHub as a ready-to-eat / Meal Prep market leader. This role demands a data-driven leader with a relentless focus on results, a knack for innovation, and the ability to scale a high-growth business quickly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership
* Design and implement a scalable growth strategy to drive significant revenue increases across digital and offline channels.
* Identify and prioritise growth opportunities, including new customer acquisition, market expansion, and product upselling/cross-selling.
* Work with a high-performing team across brand, customer and tech, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Performance Marketing & Revenue Generation
* Own and optimise paid and organic marketing efforts, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and retention. Work with external agencies to drive digital performance.
* Work with the brand team to produce high-impact campaigns across digital channels (e.g.PPC, email, affiliate marketing) and offline channels (e.g., events).
* Scale revenue through innovative initiatives, including referral programs, loyalty schemes, and bundled offers.
* Analyse data and introducing AI-led reporting will build up a solid foundation for AI-driven forecasting.
Customer Retention & Experience
* Design and implement strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
* Work with our tech team to launch a new-look website with new subscription technology, leveraging its capabilities.
* Leverage customer insights to personalise the user journey and enhance overall satisfaction.
* Oversee CRM initiatives to maximise engagement, including segmentation, email marketing, and automation.
Data-Driven Decision Making
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators for growth, including revenue, acquisition costs, retention rates, and campaign ROI.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive data to refine strategies and capitalise on opportunities.
* Build reporting systems to provide regular updates to the executive team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably in a fast-growing consumer brand or DTC (direct-to-consumer) environment. Food and beverage experience would be advantageous.
* Revenue Focused: Demonstrated ability to scale a brand and achieve significant revenue growth.
* Strategic & Tactical: Ability to think big picture while executing detailed strategies.
* Data-driven: Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
* Marketing Expertise: Experience managing performance marketing, CRM, email campaigns, and customer segmentation.
* Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
