Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, managing warehouse and logistics to ensure efficiency.
2. Develop and implement process policies and procedures for seamless departmental integration.
3. Coordinate activities between the Installations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Accounts.
4. Enhance systems, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Ensure all organisational processes comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
6. Uphold and enforce health and safety guidelines in collaboration with the Health & Safety Manager.
7. Monitor employee and team performance to drive productivity.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
9. Improve customer service quality and satisfaction through process enhancements.
10. Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
11. Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
40 hours per week/ 1 hour lunch break
