You will deliver outcomes to support EE's strategy to have the right range of TV devices for our customers, and provide collaborative support to understand and resolve issues that our customers face with their TV devices. You will work closely with our TV squads, third parties and business stakeholders to shape requirements and provide key contributions to the delivery new TV devices and resolving issues with existing TV devices. What you'll be doing What you'll be doing: - Contribute to the development of specifications for our EE TV devices and provide technical support to their delivery. - Provide support to our business stakeholders with technical information related to new EE TV devices, or changes to EE TV devices. - Collaborate on, contribute to and support in-life issue investigations relating to EE TV Devices - Collaborate with and support our partners to develop and support our EE TV Devices. - Provide advice and technical insight in support of investigations of operational issues. - Will support communication of technical issues or solutions appropriately to relevant technical or non-technical audiences. - Will work under broad direction and be accountable for the realisation of goals and project tasks within the agreed timeframe. What you'll need: - Applicable industry knowledge and experience Will have applied industry knowledge and experience including some of: - Broad understanding of all technologies involved in delivering TV services over Broadband and DTT to TV devices. - Understanding of electronic hardware, and how hardware and software interacts. - Awareness of device security, ideally including video content security. - Understanding of networks and Wi-Fi, including trouble-shooting approaches. - Familiarity with TV set-top box development and management. - Agile working - Proficient in agile task and issue management - Collaborative - Experienced in working collaboratively as part of teams, virtual teams and working with third parties to provide insight, influence and actively contribute to achieve collective outcomes. - Communication - Proven history of sharing information clearly and conveying technical scenarios and issues, conveying the key understanding.
