Jackson Hogg are currently supporting a business based in Gateshead with the appointment of Sales and Operations Planning Manager on a permanent basis.
You will be directly supporting the Operations Director and will be responsible for the Senior Sales Administrator and Sales Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the team of Senior Sales Administrators and Sales Administrators ensuring all company standards are being followed.
* Review customer orders to ensure they are in line with order history. Work with customers on any abnormalities or large orders.
* Review orders against production capacity, work to spread demand out with the customer if required.
* Communicate with customers on any issues regarding potential late deliveries.
* Liaise with production on priority parts to ensure customers critical needs are met.
* Monitor delivery performance to maintain 97% for KPI.
* Work with New Product Introduction team to ensure new customers and parts are added to the ERP system with accurate information.
* Ensure your team are meeting targets and working in a timely fashion.
