This is an exciting opportunity for an Enquiries Assistant to join our Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment department, working as part of the Enquiries Team withing the Student Recruitment and Admissions service area. The main focus of this role is providing an outstanding customer experience for all users of this busy frontline service. This will include prospective students and applicants as well as key influencers and stakeholders to the University. You will handle a wide range of queries via live chat, email, telephone and in person. Enquiries typically include advising applicants on admissions processes and providing updates on applications, offering course information to prospective students as well as signposting to further resources. You will also play a key role in the support and delivery of broader student recruitment initiatives including promoting attendance at key events such as general open days, campus tours and faculty specific events.
