Our client, a leading firm of Solicitors, is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth, our client is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Private Client Department.
As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support to the Fee earner, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters and legal forms
2. Diary management
3. Opening and closing files
4. Access and input data on the internal systems, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
5. Liaising with clients, updating them and answering any queries when necessary
6. Complete all administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Key Experience:
1. Previous experience in a Private Client department is a must
2. Accurate and fast typing ability
3. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong communicator, both over the phone and in person
5. Confident working both independently and as part of a team, meeting targets and deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
