Responsibilities: Obtain references with an aim to complete applications, meeting client deadlines. To provide excellent customer service. Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails sufficiently. To have outstanding attention to detail. To be able to prioritise your own workloads according to the service level agreements set and work to deadlines. To ensure system records are kept fully up to date, within timescales and to company standard. Requirements: At least 1 year experience of a customer service-based role within an office-based environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
