The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing recruitment professional to lead our Sales & Marketing function. You will either already be at the stage in your career where you can evidence leading and motivating high performing teams or be well on your journey looking for your first role in management.
Depending on experience you will support and lead our sales & marketing division which will include hiring and developing a team.
The opportunity will also span our TalentSpark business, supporting and engaging with early stage high growth businesses covering everything from Food & Drink, Agri-Tech, Life Sciences, Med-Tech, Bio-Tech and Deep Tech.

Your Responsibilities:
* Leading and developing a sales and marketing team through effective and constructive management.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
* Building and developing relationships with clients to truly understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Cross selling by introducing colleagues to new and existing clients and candidates.
* Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates through various channels, including job boards, our own CRM system, third party databases, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
* Conducting detailed interviews of candidates to assess suitability for roles.
* Managing the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle from initial registration of candidates through to negotiation of offers and successful onboarding.
* Achieving personal and team financial targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
* Attending events, conferences, and trade shows.

Experience & Skills Required:
* Previous recruitment experience covering sales & marketing positions.
* Previous team leader or management experience would be advantageous, but we are open to someone with the right skills and attitude to develop into the role.
* Commercial acumen.
* Evidence of first class customer service and results driven.
* Demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing new and existing business.
* Energetic with excellent networking skills.
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Tenacious, highly competitive and able to use own initiative.
* Highly organised, professional and quality focused.
* A good standard of education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* IT competent.
