Basic use of Active Directory, SCCM, Nexthink, and Office 365 suite for troubleshooting. Troubleshoot MFA issues and educate users on logins, mail, and Microsoft Teams.
Liaise with internal teams for application support and password resets. Perform visits to A&E Dept and Cancer services to check for IT issues and perform quick fixes.
Use Nexthink to check for issues before each visit. Create user accounts and configure Olympus dictation devices for digital dictation.
