Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client based in West Byfleet on an exclusive basis, to fill a role of an Office Manager in a highly successful & thriving business. Based in luscious offices in a stunning location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and oversee all administrative tasks
2. Provide support to various departments, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organising company events
3. Communicate with customers over the phone and emails with inquiries - booking in orders on our computer software
4. Apply for vehicle permits and licenses
5. Support Company Directors
6. Manage and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and relevant regulations are kept up to date
7. Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing workspaces and ordering equipment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
2. Strong Microsoft Office skills
3. Ideally have 5 years plus Office Manager experience
4. Confident and able to work using your initiative to coordinate and collaborate
