Are you a multi-skilled Field Service Engineer or a multi-skilled Engineer that wants to get out into the field? Do you love repairing equipment, finding solutions to problems, and coordinating maintenance checks? If you have a track record in practical ability, this role is for you. This position is Monday to Friday (Day Shift) and will challenge you, as you will be working on a wide variety of automated machines and sites. The ability to diagnose faults and read electrical drawings is crucial for the Service Engineer who wants to get the customer up and running again.
Our new and exciting client, due to extreme growth, requires several experienced Electrically Biased Field Service Engineers to visit customer sites and carry out breakdown repairs, servicing, inspection, commissioning, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit customer sites to perform breakdown repairs, servicing, inspection, commissioning, and maintenance.
2. Diagnose faults using electrical drawings.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
4. Work unsupervised and provide standby service.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in an industrial background.
2. Ability to diagnose faults using electrical drawings.
3. Working knowledge of PLCs (basic or advanced is an advantage).
4. Knowledge of multi-skilled engineering is an advantage.
5. Trade C & G (or equivalent) qualification in electrical, mechanical, or maintenance is an advantage.
Note: 80% of the sites will be based in Cambridgeshire initially and will grow to nationwide.

1. Up to £50,000 basic with OTE up to £75,000 including overtime.
