Job Purpose
The Fourteen IP Communications Ltd Conversational AI Technician is responsible for the development, production, testing and support of AI based implementations such as Evolution Virtual Agent - EVA. In addition, the role also includes development, configuration and support of 3rd party integrations and APIs.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Build and support of conversational AI voice and chat bots
Provide support to AI developers, AI Support/Project management and technical support to other internal teams
Assist with testing, configuration and documentation of technical solutions
Make recommendations for enhancements as needed to enhance customer experience
Maintain AI solution after care
Assist with project planning and customer delivery
Develop and integrate conversational AI solution and APIs with 3 rd party systems
Develop voice and chat bot development processes, good practices & procedures
Set design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Apply concepts and good practices related to Natural language
Integrate conversational AI solution with SIP telephony systems
Person Specification
Essential Experience and Skills Required for Post:
An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Educational background in computer science, mathematics, computational linguistics, or similar field
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders of different skill sets
Strong drive and work ethic and a keenness to learn
Excellent organisational skills
Dynamic and able to multi-task and prioritise workload
Experienced with Python programming language
Familiar with JSON file architecture
Experienced with Databases
Experience and Skills Preferred for Post:
Experience with automation and integration with third-party apps and APIs
Understanding of conversational voice and chatbot architecture
Knowledge of chatbot platforms and some working experience in the development of chatbot's, voicebots or NLP technologies
Experience with Generative AI
Experience with Cisco Broadworks Cloud Platform
Fluent in multiple spoken languages
