The Role: Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment? If so, we want to hear from you! As a sales executive at Jobbler, you will play a crucial role in our success by driving our growth, expanding our client base and enhancing revenue streams. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Build and develop an effective sales strategy with the team.
* Meeting and exceeding targets.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales and business development and strategies.
* Providing feedback and insights to help refine our platform and services.
* Building foundational knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Track and report on sales activities.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2 + years previous experience in winning business, promoting products and services from previous sales or business development roles.
* A passion for sales and business development.
* IT literate with experience and working knowledge of pipelines and CRM systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Financial and business acumen.
* Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Resilient and results-driven.
