This role provides exposure to various business and IT teams, offering an opportunity to gain valuable project and programme management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure data readiness.
Contribute to the creation of training content.
Collaborate with Business, IT, and process experts during testing and cutover phases through to go-live and hypercare.
Work exclusively on the Orion programme until the successful completion of the first phase.
Gain experience across the wider business while partnering with programme colleagues to deliver desired outcomes.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience Expertise in end-to-end procurement processes for Goods (GNFR
- Indirect Procurement).
Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, including the latest technology and functionality.
Procurement or buying experience.
Experience in process and systems change projects, representing business needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
Ability to shift between big-picture thinking and detailed execution to ensure the solution meets business objectives.
Experience in delivering significant business change.
