The opportunity
Information Services is seeking to appoint a Senior IS Technician with established Helpdesk, Library, IT and AV Support skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role, which will require you to work innovatively to deliver services to a wide range of customer groups at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain.
You will deliver a professional and effective enquiry and helpdesk service, providing first and second line Library, IT and AV Support.
A relevant qualification in a Library/ IT / AV related discipline, support experience, and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office are essential.
