Key Responsibilities
1. Forming and maintaining employee records
2. Ownership of all payroll/pension data ensuring Finance receive information on time and input into the ADP system
3. Supporting the HR Advisor with all People related queries
4. Being the administrative support for all leadership across the business
5. Working as part of the People Team supporting projects as and when required
6. Responsible for the input of data in People HR system
7. Management of the payroll process
8. Being the first point of contact for all payroll queries and questions
9. Collate and manage Employee rewards
10. Responsible for promoting and maintaining the Employee Benefits Hub
11. Support with new starter paperwork, including offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter forms.
12. Ensuring that the storing and distribution of all employee data is compliant in line with GDPR
13. Conduct all required pre-employment checks, updating and discussing with line managers where appropriate
14. Responsible for ensuring all employees have the necessary forms and checks in place before they start working for the Group and maintaining HR Tracker system
15. New starter paperwork is collected, and information is communicated with payroll, IT and all other relevant departments
16. Conduct administrative tasks for the leadership team as and when required
17. Communications via the HR platform
18. Manage the weekly Engagement posts and available jobs, maintaining careers site.
19. Support all people related projects as and when required by the HR Advisor
20. Booking of hotel rooms/conference rooms/flowers as required
Candidate Skills
1. HR Experience preferred
2. Ability to work to strict deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
3. Excellent PC skills
4. Organised and methodical
5. Happy to work within a team to support and help manage a busy workload
6. Available to start with immediate effect
7. Able to work full-time hours 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday
