Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) is looking for an organised, confident and driven Junior Project Manager to support our exciting Evolve Program.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to take their next step into Project Management, coordinating various projects being delivered by Spire OH's Senior Leadership team as part of a large-scale change management program.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of exciting initiatives, working collaboratively with various stakeholders, while also working independently to deliver high-quality outcomes and successfully achieve our goals.
Essential Requirements:
* Strong experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role.
* Must be highly organised with efficient time management.
* Able to communicate efficiently with stakeholder at al levels of the business.
* Excellent IT proficiency (In MS Office and/or Project Management tools and software)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Evolve program.
* Develop and maintain project plans, time-lines, and budgets.
* Track progress against milestones and identify potential risks and issues.
* Coordinate resources and activities across different teams and departments.
* Prepare project status reports and presentations for senior management.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
* Organise meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
* Prepare and manage agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
* Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and practices.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new project management tools and techniques.
