We have a current opportunity for a Programme Manager - Digital on a contract basis. The position will be based in Sulfolk, inside IR35 £350 PAYE or up to £550 via approved umbrella. For further information about this position please apply. Job Purpose / Overview Lead teams made up of specialists from the Digital and IT (D&IT) organisation. Programme manage, in line with Managing Sucessful Programmes (MSP) approach, the implementation and delivery of multiple D&IT projects to time, cost and quality using the D&IT delivery methodology. Work with the business Sponsor and business stakeholders to ensure that we deliver what the business needs. Ensure that the business is able to adopt the digital capabilities provided. Facilitate delivery assurance oversight. Line manage any assigned Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers. Report progress. The Programme Manager will report to the Portfolio Manager and will be deliver projects primarily within the SZC Digital Construction Programme although wider involvement across the D&IT portfolio should be anticipated. The Portfolio Manager will provide support and a point of escalation. For all projects, the Programme Manager will be required to work closely with the business and apply the D&IT delivery methodology and associated governance. The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders is key as is the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. The Programme Manager should have suitable experience of delivery across the project lifecycle on complex technical projects ideally within the digital, construction and nuclear industries. Highly experienced in project management in an IT, construction or technical environment. Previous experience of nuclear operations is desirable.
