We are looking for an experienced, inspirational teacher to join our school community and play a role in the next stage of our development. Our school plays a central role in the life of our local community and working with us will be an opportunity for you to genuinely change lives.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and reflective teacher for Key Stage 1 or 2.
You should have:
* High expectations of pupils and yourself
* The ability to build strong relationships with children in order to support good behaviour
* The ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team and wider community
* Experience of implementing good practice in assessment in Key Stage 1 and 2
* A good understanding of how to identify and meet individual learning needs within the classroom context
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* A passion for innovation about learning and research
