ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER WANTED FOR BUSY OFFICE
FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH QUALITY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS
My estate agency client is looking to employ a motivated, hands-on, experienced and enthusiastic Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager to work in their successful Lettings Department.
You will have a proven track record of working within Lettings at Senior Lettings Negotiator level with a good knowledge of front end lettings.
Key Duties:
* Carrying out property appraisals and viewings
* Negotiating offers
* Negotiating renewal of tenancies
* Ensuring all legislation and compliance are followed
* Assisting Lettings Manager in driving the business forwards
* Overseeing the team of negotiators in their day to day activities
Person specification:
* Proven track record in property appraisals
* Professional approach
* Team player
* Full UK driving licence and car (Mileage paid)
* Local knowledge preferred
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Saturdays 9am to 4.30pm with a day off in lieu.
