What You'll Bring: We’re looking for a Content Manager to join our growing team. This person will work collaboratively with global marketing, events and comms teams as well as regional SMEs to uncover themes, understand data analysis, draw out customer use cases, develop engaging content and implement it across digital channels to enhance TUs online presence. Day to Day You’ll Be: Overall effectiveness of UK website and digital strategy. Optimise existing, and create new content, implementing SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well. Perform regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimised, updated, and contributing towards objectives. Ownership of UK podcast channel including content calendar, production, promotion and reporting. Understanding what content works for specified target audiences and feeding this in to content and campaign plans Ownership of specified hero campaign content throughout the year Editing, proofing and improving campaign materials in advisory capacity when needed Ensures consistent brand and tone of voice throughout marketing activities Reviewing analytics and search performance reports to track and measure content against KPIs Essential Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in creating content Ability in communicating effectively (written/vocal) An infectious and undeniable passion for creativity and marketing Impact You'll Make: What’s In It For you?
