Salary: Up to £36,129 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities
You’ll be supporting your own dedicated site as our client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include:
1. Emergency light testing
2. Fire alarms
3. Lamp changes
4. Basic plumbing
5. Fabric work
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.
Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
1. 18th edition or HVAC experience
2. "On the job" experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
3. Strong communication skills and work ethic
4. Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
Desirable:
1. F-Gas qualification
2. IOSH working safely qualification
3. Plumbing experience
4. Basic fabric skills
5. 2391 testing inspection

Other Information
The role will involve working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), with a rotating shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. The role will also involve working 1 in 4 weeks on call.
