Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of People and Projects will be responsible for leading the Construction Management team, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
* Ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives and deliverables
* Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines
* Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
