Maternity cover has presented a great opportunity for a People Advisor to come in and work closely with a fantastic HR function that have an exciting mission to improve the people agenda. This would suit you if you are a HR Administrator/Co-ordinator looking for that first step into a bigger role, or someone already at that level who would like to join a larger business.
This HR position will be working Monday-Friday in a fast-moving food manufacturing business and so a proactive nature is required in order to manage with the pace of the business. This is a generalist HR role in which you will be involved in a number of areas whilst ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to. Other key areas for this role will be:
1. Recruitment and Selection
2. Employee Relations
3. Working closely with specialist teams
4. Project work
This is a great position to join a market leading food manufacturing business in its particular market sector.
