Lecturer / Engineering (Design, Development and Manufacture) (Sessional Hours)
Salary: Up to £36,507 (pro-rata for PT & Sessional)
Location: This post is based at the Andover campus.
We are looking for an innovative and passionate individual to support the teaching of Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering T-level. The College has recently embarked on substantial investment in this area, and the successful candidate will be able to develop a curriculum that enables learners to develop the skills needed to become successful in the industry and support the government’s initiative of addressing skills gaps throughout the economy.
While you do not have to have a formal teaching qualification or teaching experience to apply for this role, you do need to have:
1. A willingness to attain a teaching and assessing qualification. Courses are run in-house by the College.
2. An interest and passion to interact with and develop young people.
