Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals.
We are currently looking for a Business Developer to support the sales team in executing effective sales strategies across the UK. This role involves driving B2B sales growth by managing the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and effectively developing and executing sales strategies to successfully expand our services across the UK market.
Your Responsibilities in this role:
1. Lead full outbound 360° sales cycle for the UK B2B and Employer of Record (EOR) market, from lead generation to deal closing against monthly targets.
2. Sell and provide expert advice on our innovative services to IT companies, recruitment agencies, and other relevant partners.
3. Identify and generate leads, conduct cold calls, and conduct research to build a robust pipeline of prospects for new customer acquisition.
4. Conduct solution demonstrations tailored to client needs, guiding potential clients through the benefits and features of our services.
5. Drive contract negotiations, including preparing documentation and gathering information to secure favourable terms.
6. Analyze and understand client needs by engaging in meetings and discussions and proposing appropriate solutions.
7. Build and maintain a portfolio of clients in designated regions, ensuring accurate records, timely follow-ups, and strong client relationships.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to align services and ensure seamless service delivery, gaining cross-functional teamwork experience.
9. Participate in online and offline events to expand industry knowledge and network with prospective clients.
10. Monitor and ensure client and consultant satisfaction by assisting in communication and feedback collection, enhancing the overall B2B experience.
What you bring to the role and the team:
Required:
1. Native or Bilingual English
2. Previous experience in 360 Sales and Business Development
3. Experience in B2B in the UK Market
4. Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Strong can-do attitude and a sales-driven approach with good time management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work well in a team.
Valuable:
1. Fluency in another European language, like Spanish or French
2. Experience in a related industry (umbrella, EOR, or recruitment agency).
3. Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
4. Experience managing small teams of SDRs
5. Knowledge of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
