Monday to Friday – 40 hours – £14.25ph

Grafton Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established company looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. Our client seeks candidates who will provide high-quality support to their project.
As an Administrator, you will perform all aspects of administrative tasks.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as an Administrator include:
* Supporting the project team in the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of project documentation.
* Assisting team members with tasks related to the scheduling of regular meetings and recording minutes.
* Ensuring that tasks are carried out smoothly by assisting with the necessary planning and scheduling.
* Acting as a liaison between the project team and other departments in the company.
* Providing administrative support to the team and assisting in resolving administrative issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
* Experience in an administrative role, ideally in project administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong focus on customer service, with flexibility to adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution.
* Good working knowledge of Excel (demonstrated through work experience).
* IT literate.
* Minute-taking skills.
