Our Client is a leading Sheet metal Manufacturing company known for its commitment to quality and innovation, who specialise in "start to finish" sheet metal fabrication and are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a MIG Welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication process by accurately and efficiently welding mild and stainless steel components. You'll collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
* Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques for each project.
* Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel materials to assemble and fabricate components.
* Ensure welds meet industry and company standards for quality, strength, and appearance.
* Conduct visual inspections of welds and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and accuracy.
* Collaborate with colleagues, including engineers and fabricators, to troubleshoot and improve welding processes.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with a focus on mild and stainless steel.
* Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
* Strong understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and materials.
* Knowledge of industry-specific safety practices and regulations.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
Hours of Work: 8.00am – 5.30 Mon – Thurs & 8.00 – 15.00 Friday
