Tech savvy German-speaking customer service professional required for Coventry based domestic appliance firm.
Candidate must be fluent in German and English - both written and spoken.
The successful candidate will be required to deal with customers via phone, email and online chat to resolve product issues.
Ongoing training will be provided and the candidate will be part of an evolving and expanding team.
The office is based near Coventry, and the role requires 100% office attendance.
Requirements
• At least 12 months experience in a customer service / contact centre role.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
• Competent with computer systems and quick to learn new systems.
Monday - Friday 8am-16.30
Office is 12 minutes by car from Coventry Town Centre and 23 minutes by bus.
