Account Manager - Chobham, Surrey
£28,000 - £35,000 plus benefits
Our client is a highly successful digital and creative agency, and they are looking to recruit an Account Manager to work with their expanding client list. You will report to the Account Directors and assist across the company developing briefs and working internally to manage exceptional, creative work for their clients. You must be highly organised and adaptable ensuring creative campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
You are a consummate professional and an effective communicator, with clients and colleagues alike, whether in person, by phone or via email. You work well under pressure and actively seek opportunities to grow your knowledge and take on more responsibility.
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
• Understand their clients’ creative business needs / objectives and develop effective solutions
• With the support of the client account lead, manage your allocated key account’s day-to-day activities, and monitor the progress on each project.
• Meet client requests and identify crucial opportunities for client growth
• Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with their key clients
• Create project briefs and communicate client requirements to the creative team
• Manage multiple creative projects throughout their life cycles and provide clients with detailed reports
