This exciting role will include: You will be fully accountable for effective and efficient transactional HR process in your business partner areas, as well as giving accurate people related employment law and policy advice and guidance. You will support Managers to ensure their staff maximise their performance and potential, enabling departments to meet their people related objectives. If you can demonstrate the following then we’d love to hear from you: Level 7 CIPD qualification (or Level 5 and working towards this) Experience of analysing people related data, reports, KPIs, budgets and acting on this proactively to provide pragmatic solutions and advice. If you have previous education experience this will be advantageous. Experience of successfully managing complex employee relations cases is essential, as is proven experience of supervising or line managing colleagues, which you will use to effectively oversee a People Services Advisor.
