You will be part of the creation and help shape the curriculum and education programmes, creating an inclusive culture in line with the Aspris values.

What will Aspris Ridgeway look like?
* Aspris Ridgeway School will be a centre of autism expertise and excellence, educating up to 60 pupils aged 7-19 with identified autism needs and in receipt of an EHCP.

* A provider of opportunities that engage young people in appropriate learning, so they achieve outstanding progress relative to their starting points.

We aim to open initially with Y5 and Y6 pupils. We are therefore looking for outstanding primary teachers to join us on this exciting journey.
Main responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning of curriculum content to improve standards of learning and achievement for all, ensuring it is well sequenced to promote pupil progress
* Ensure the planned curriculum is effectively and consistently implemented across the whole school
* Ensure effective use of resource
You will:
* Hold UK QTS
* Have significant classroom experience
* Have strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
* Be willing to participate in ongoing professional development
* Have a passion for education and inspiring our young people
* Have strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive culture
* Have a visionary mindset with an ability to innovate and implement change
