My client is a wealth management company seeking a Junior Broker/Business Development Executive. Job Responsibilities: Contacting and qualifying prospective clients, booking meetings for Senior BrokersAchieving and Exceeding KPIs and Sales TargetsCollaborating with the Senior Brokers to implement specific strategies and target specific demographicsResearching target markets and industry trends and sourcing new leads and opportunitiesBuilding relationships and rapport with prospective HMWI and UHNWIEffectively using company CRM to ensure all admin and notes are kept entirely up to dateOngoing training to develop sales skills and knowledge of financial markets and the range of products available through the company Qualities: Minimum 2-year sales experienceKnowledge and interest in the global financial marketsMoney MotivatedExperience dealing with objectionsExtremely hard workingEnthusiastic and excels working in a high-performance cultureStrong communication skills - articulate and demonstrates an excellent telephone mannerCompetitiveWell manneredAmbitiousWell PresentedDisciplinedSelf-starter KPIs: 150 calls minimum per day.Call time of at least 1h 30 minutes a day.Weekly target to book a minimum of 15 meetings /3 per-day.50% minimum sit rate.
