MAIN DUTIES

* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
* Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination and maintaining employee records
* Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and efficient
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team
