Description As HR Administrator, you will; Manage personnel records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality Support the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to organising interviews Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents, including contract offers and salary changes. Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues Participate in HR projects as required Assist with payroll procedures when necessary Help in designing and implementing company policies Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: An interest in the Beverage or FMCG industry Qualifications in Human Resources (CIPD would be beneficial) Experience in a similar HR role.
