Job Summary
Advanced Supply Chain are looking to welcome an experienced Facilities Manager into our sites across the North. This is a full-time permanent job with us working between our Sheffield & Bradford sites and in return you will receive a salary of £47,000 plus other great company benefits.
Advanced Supply Chain are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities across 2 of our sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and functionality of our buildings and grounds.
Key responsibilities of our Facilities Manager:
1. Ensure that all aspects of property and facilities are fit for purpose, legally compliant, accountable, auditable as well as ethically, environmentally, and socially responsible
2. Ensure that all group facilities are well maintained and conduct proactive maintenance
3. Recommend and help to implement measures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
4. Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and schedule renovations
5. Create and agree overall budget for planned preventative maintenance
6. Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritised and facilitated
What we need from our Facilities Manager:
7. Previous role with direct and indirect management experience
8. Experience with facility management and relevant regulations
9. Multi-site experience
10. A qualification in Health & Safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH equivalent, would be an advantage
11. Environmental qualification/experience of ISO 14001 implementation would be an advantage
