Production Operative
Location: Kineton (Must live locally or have your own transport - no public transport available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Your Role:
Operate production machinery efficiently to manufacture high-quality products
MUST be happy to mix Chemicals
Pick, pack, and label goods with accuracy and attention to detail
Learn and apply a strong understanding of materials and processes
Assist with monthly stock audits and participate in team briefings
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently after training
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
Must drive or live within walking distance of Kineton
