MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation in London who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner, to join them on an initial 3 month contract.

The purpose of this role is to provide a professional and strategic HR Business Partner service to allocated Directorates, ensuring up to date expert, consistent advice, support and practice covering all staff.
Main Responsibilities include:
1. Be the first port of call for all workforce issues for the business units.
2. Focus on support to the senior leaders within Divisions and Corporate areas to lead on developing and implementing workforce strategies.
3. To act as an advocate of change and support managers in identifying and implementing workforce modernisation.
The successful candidate will have:
1. The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
2. Experience of Business Partnering in the NHS.
3. Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures.
4. Work in a proactive and customer focused way to deliver excellence in HR service.
This role will be hybrid working, in the office 3 days per week. This role will be a Fixed Term Contract.
