Position: English Advisor (South Coast)
Salary: Highly Competitive Salary – based on experience and negotiable at interview
Start Date: From September 2025
Due to the growing reputation and an increasing number of south coast schools within the multi-academy trust, this post is newly created and presents a fantastic opportunity to influence practice across multiple school settings.
Glenmoor and Winton Academies are looking to appoint an outstanding leader to the position of English Advisor. The English Advisor post will allow the successful candidate to continue developing English as a leading subject at some of the highest performing academies in the country. Alongside this, the successful candidate will support and advise other secondary schools' English departments along the south coast who are part of United Learning.
We are looking for a conscientious, dedicated team player with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English, capable of enthusing students and staff into continuous improvement within a range of school settings. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven professional who seeks to teach, lead, advise, and support English development across United Learning south coast schools.
