You will oversee and optimise digital advertising campaigns that drive sales and revenue for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media ads, and display advertising across various platforms, with a focus on analytics and ROI. This role requires strategic planning, creativity, and technical expertise in managing advertising budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies to achieve eCommerce sales goals. Identify target audiences and craft campaigns tailored to customer needs and behaviours. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and ensure they are in line with the target, implementing strategies to improve them if they are behind. Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Forecast and report on monthly spending and revenue projections. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track performance and identify trends. Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with content creators, designers, and the marketing team to ensure consistent branding. Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools, and eCommerce best practices. Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and legal advertising guidelines. Qualifications: Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns for eCommerce businesses. Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and others. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics. Experience with keyword research and SEO strategies. Comfortable working within Shopify. Exceptional project management and communication skills. Skills: Digital advertising and PPC expertise. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Budget management. Creative thinking for ad copy and visuals. Technical understanding of tracking pixels, tags, and conversion attribution. Preferred Experience: 3 years in digital marketing or eCommerce advertising.
