Job Description
Pay Scale: Scale 4 - £30,426 pro-rata. Contract: Part-time 8hrs/wk (0.2 FTE), with opportunity to increase hrs based on business needs.
This is a salaried position, pay will be for 1 day per week - £30,426 pro rata, minus PAYE.
Location: Aquarius, Eden Close, Manchester M156AX (flexible hybrid working options)
Evaluation & Impact Measurement
1. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for all Odd Arts projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with funder requirements and organisational goals.
2. Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across programmes, setting measurable targets and reporting structures. Support staff to collect accurate and relevant data, ensuring they are well-equipped, trained, and empowered to carry out evaluation processes.
3. Develop and maintain online monitoring systems and tools, including surveys, feedback forms, and other data collection methods. Ensure that Odd Arts is meeting best practice standards in evaluation, impact assessment, and data management.
4. Collate and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data, with an emphasis on quantitative data collection, trend analysis, and statistical reporting.
Job Requirements
Reporting & Analysis
1. Produce high-quality reports and data for internal and external audiences, including the CEO, Board, funders, and stakeholders. Present data in a way that is accessible, visually engaging, and tells a compelling story about the impact of Odd Arts' work.
2. Ensure timely submission of monitoring and evaluation reports for grant funding, supporting the sustainability and growth of the organisation.
3. Provide data-driven insights to support business development, income generation, and strategic planning.
Collaboration & Communication
1. Communicate regularly with project leads and senior management to keep them updated on the status of evaluations and to gather feedback.
2. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address obstacles in evaluation and monitoring, ensuring that projects remain on track.
3. Work closely with the finance team to ensure data reporting aligns with financial monitoring and funder requirements.
Job Responsibilities
1. Innovate and develop new practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Odd Arts' monitoring and reporting systems.
2. Keep up to date with best practices in impact measurement, evaluation frameworks, and relevant policies.
3. Provide recommendations for data-driven decision-making and continuous organisational learning.
4. Undertake any other duties related to monitoring and evaluation as reasonably required by the CEO or Head of Finance.
