If you are motivated, patient, and eager to contribute as a Teaching Assistant (Full-time and part time), we would love to hear from you About the role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to both teachers and students, helping to create a positive and productive learning environment. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, you will play a key part in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant: Help teachers prepare lessons and set up fun classroom activities. Provide one-on-one support to students who need a little extra help. Work with students with special needs to ensure everyone feels included. Keep track of how students are doing and share that with teachers. Encourage good behaviour and help create a positive atmosphere in the classroom. Supervise students during lunch and breaks to keep them safe and happy. Requirements of the Teaching Assistant: A passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students. Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial but not required. Any relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are an advantage but not essential.
