Our client, a well-established Main Dealership, is currently looking to hire a Warranty Advisor to join their team in a busy automotive environment in the St Albans Area.
They have a large and successful service operation within St Albans and are looking to expand their team to keep up with demand. They are seeking a process-driven warranty administrator to join their service and administration team.

Duties of a Warranty Advisor with our Client:
1. Ensuring the customer receives the best possible customer service and that they are aware of all products and services available.
2. Ensure that all jobs passed for warrant submissions are accurately invoiced and costed.
3. Document all warranty, goodwill and recall work as per manufacturer's requirements and Retailer policy.
4. Provide advice on warranty claims to the Franchise team to ensure total customer satisfaction.
5. Utilise technical knowledge and understanding of warranty procedures to enable effective, economic and correct application of manufacturer's warranty systems.
6. Ensure all clerical functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with Company policy.
7. Ensure Service Advisers and workshop staff complete relevant records accurately when a warranty situation occurs on a vehicle.
8. Maintain records of warranty submissions, credits, and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.

1. Highly developed interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role.
2. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
3. Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
4. Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
5. Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
6. PC/Web literate.
7. Full clean driving licence.
8. Retail automotive service experience preferred.
