Youll work with the team to deliver high quality support and accommodation to people fleeing domestic abuse, including their children. You will be the first point of of call for external enquires, referrals, admissions and to the residents residing in the refuge accommodation.
Job requirements
1. Ensure customers feel welcome when they first move in and they are fully aware of the support they can access as well as their responsibilities within the accommodation,
2. Provide customer-focused practical and emotional support.
3. Manage referrals, carry out any necessary risk assessments and assign accommodation based on customer needs.
4. Maintain customer focused safety plans and risk management plans to keep the customer and their family safe, all while keeping accurate records.
