Lead IT Support Engineer

The Role: This role offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in our transition from improvised IT solutions to a more formal and corporate IT structure.
Over the next three years, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing systems that support our growth into a new multi-site operation.

Reporting Structure: As a key member of our management team, you'll have a direct reporting line to the Board, enabling quick decision-making and the autonomy to build a team to support our expanding business.
The Ideal Candidate: Been there seen it and done it, stuck in âcorporate ITâ and know whatâs available, more importantly wants to implement these products/systems and skills to make a positive difference to users and the business.
Required Skills:
* We value experience and skill over certificates.

* Windows â desktop, apps and servers.
* Support and problem solving ability.
* Customer Service â users are not the problem.
* People Management and leadership
* Ability to Project Manage and manage workloads between Users/Support/Projects
Hours required: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility to provide out of hours and weekend hours as required (Typically: 9.30 - 3.00 pm, on a 1-6 basis).
