The Commercial Property programme aims to transform Commercial Property Claims into a data led function and the best in the market. This involves building new functionality, changing process, and developing new capabilities. All whilst using technology, data, and advanced analytics. A bit about the job: You will be accountable for delivering a set of linked products that align with the sponsor's vision, including IT, process changes, data, and analytics models. Typically, the investment is expected to be between £2m and £5m. Leading a development team, you will inspire them to buy into the vision and create a clear product roadmap. Collaboration with other development teams is essential to ensure the roadmap and product value are understood and integrated across the system. You will optimize product development by working closely with sponsors and SMEs, making key decisions and being available to the development team. Proactively managing stakeholders through regular governance, you will showcase progress and successes while motivating the delivery team and contributing to the wider PO community. Skills and experience we're looking for: At least 5 years in change delivery within a PO or similar role, preferably with General Insurance knowledge and understanding of the claims value chain. Experience in operations (particularly in financial services) would be valuable Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word; Jira and Confluence are beneficial Proactive, tenacious, with strong problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, and the ability to embrace and support change Effective written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal abilities, and a team player mentality with a willingness to learn and help others What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
