We are a Valuation Panel Manager liaising with both Lenders and Valuers.
Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity available to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well as part of a team but is also self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and performance of the Compliance department.
* Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
* Valuation Report Management:
Contact valuers on the due date to obtain updates on report status.
Review and save terms received from valuers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Follow up on overdue reports, including those in Quality Control (QC) or due on the same day.
* Invoice Management: Upload supplier invoices to Xero, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Report Auditing: Conduct thorough checks on reports that have not undergone a live audit, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Audit Template Setup: Complete the setup tab on new audit templates, assess the appropriate review route for each report, and ensure proper completion.
* Polite Follow-ups: Send courteous reminders for reports due and those currently in QC.
* Finalisation Assistance: Collaborate with valuers to finalise reports, following up as necessary to ensure timely completion.
* Lender Communication: Respond to lender inquiries regarding report status, including handling delays and providing updates as needed.
* Draft Report Management: Send draft copies of reports for management approval before final submission.
* Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as required to support the company’s processes and goals.
* Short Form Report Preparation: Prepare and complete internal short form reports to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback and updates to the Head of Compliance and Assistant Head for inclusion in monthly reports.
* Auditor Interaction: Professionally interact with auditors, facilitating smooth communication and process flow.
* Case Management: Manage cases professionally, keeping lenders informed throughout the process and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Valuer Application Review: Review valuer application forms and update the approved valuer list for the firm, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record.

You will be guided in your learning journey, helping develop your skills and industry knowledge. The company has successfully grown its workforce through our training plans.
