The Role
We are currently looking for a Line Chef. You will be reporting directly to the Head Chef. You will be responsible for the preparation of and production of food under the instruction of the senior member of kitchen staff on shift in line with our Food Safety Policy and completing due diligence paperwork as you go.
The ideal candidate will already be a line or commis chef in a professional kitchen looking to expand their experience in a busy hotel environment which delivers large scale banqueting events. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a real passion for developing their culinary career.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion
for food and be able to work in a team and also independently.
Our hotels and Conference Centres are busy establishments, so this is very much a hands on role.
