Work with Walsingham and make a real difference to people's lives
Walsingham Support has been operating across England and Wales since 1986. We enhance the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. We're different because we pride ourselves in putting the people we support at the centre of everything we do by delivering specifically tailored support for every individual we work with.

* Work from a care plan, providing help with day-to-day living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social interaction, and community activities.

Why Work for a Charity?
Working for a charity can offer unique benefits compared to working for a commercial business:
* Sense of Purpose: Contribute to a cause or mission that aligns with your values.
* Social Impact: Be part of efforts to create positive social change.
* Diverse and Inclusive Environment: Work alongside people with varied backgrounds.
* Skill Development: Opportunities for skill diversification and professional growth.
* Community Engagement: Engage directly with beneficiaries and community partners.
* Flexibility: Some charities offer a more flexible work environment.
* Positive Workplace Culture: Collaborate with a team sharing a common goal.
* Job Stability: Charities are generally less likely to take financial risks.
We look for team players who take pride in their work and adopt a can-do attitude. Each team member plays a vital role in making a difference in individual lives by helping them to reach their full potential. In return, we help you exceed your career ambitions, aims, and aspirations.
