Are you an organised and professional leader with a natural ability to care for the needs of others? Then why not work with us as a Senior Student Welfare Officer - Transfers in summer 2025.
The Senior Student Welfare Officer – Transfers role is highly rewarding, as it combines team leadership, customer service, and direct care for students' well-being.
What does it involve?
At Stafford House Study Holidays, we welcome over 6,000 students (ages 8-17) from overseas during the summer to help them improve their English. Students stay with us for 7-14 days at one of our seven fantastic school locations, taking part in a rich academic, activities and excursions programme.
At each location, our dedicated Student Welfare Team support all pastoral and well-being needs, ensuring every student feels safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their time with us.
Our Student Welfare Officers for Transfers (SWOTs, as we like to call them) excel in providing a warm and friendly welcome to our students who join us each summer as they arrive at international London airports or train stations.
